Learning Budget
Are you interested in a training, event or webinar? We provide you with a learning budget of € 1,500 and 5 working days per calendar year, which you can dispose of freely.

How we hire
CV Review
Your CV will be carefully reviewed and we will get back to you with feedback as soon as possible, usually no later than within 5 working days.
Job Application
There is no need to submit a cover letter or any certificates. Just submit your application by uploading your CV for the role you are interested in.
Telephone Interview
At first stage you will have an HR phone interview with focus on your motivation, cultural fit and a first technical check.
Videointerview
If the first interview goes well, at second stage you will meet with your future manager.
Final Interview
Meet your potential teammates in your final interview and get an insight into your daily tasks and work - either remote or on-site at our beautiful Cologne office.
