You will communicate and coordinate with global teams and work closely with our infrastructure teams (compute, storage and network)
You work closely with our project manager who is responsible for the deployments in the local zones
You will manage the remote hands activities in the data center and manage our partners for RMA tickets (e.g. HPE, DELL, Arista, Cisco, Juniper)
You work together with the NOC and process incident and maintenance tickets

You have profound experience in data center operations, ideally you have worked as a remote hands employee or controlled them.
You have in-depth knowledge of server hardware (e.g. DELL, HPE, SMC) and practical experience in assembling and maintaining servers.
You have basic knowledge of ticket systems and project management.
You have an independent and structured way of working
You are well organized & excel at communicating in both written and verbal communication
You speak English very well, knowledge of German is not a must
